Jeffrey Beeson
Author of Network Leadership, advisor to senior leaders in strategy, culture transformation, executive development, and organizational change
Jeffrey has spent more than 25 years helping organizations navigate transformation, complexity, and change. His work brings together insights from strategy, behavioral science, organizational psychology, and network science to help leaders succeed in an increasingly interconnected world.
What makes Jeffrey's perspective distinctive is the breadth of experience behind it.
He began his career in pan-European strategy consulting with Bain & Company and later worked with McKinsey & Company, supporting organizations on strategy, performance improvement, organizational development, and transformation. He joined Senn Delaney, one of the pioneering firms in organizational culture shaping, where he deepened his understanding of how lasting organizational change occurs through shifts in mindset, behavior, and leadership.
As Senior Faculty with the Center for Creative Leadership, Jeffrey designed and delivered leadership programmes for executives and senior leaders from many of the world's leading organizations. Across his career he has coached and developed more than 6000 leaders across Europe, North and South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
