Learning with other leaders is an integral part of the cohort experience

The cohort brings together leaders from different functions, organizations, and contexts. Together, you explore the seven practices of a Network Leader, challenge assumptions, test new ways of leading, and learn from what happens in practice. 

The various aspects of Network Leadership is the focus of each week's sessions. Each session explores how to integrate these practices into your own leadership context. The insights gained during the sessions are discussed with the other cohort members during the facilitated sessions.

The most powerful learning often happens between people. That is why the cohorts are intentionally small.  They are formed around shared interests that creates the space for meaningful dialogue, experimentation, and peer learning.

Your investment: €3.995,00 + VAT when applicable

A cohort forms when four or more leaders have decided to embark on the Network Leadership Enabler journey together.

In order to offer optimal flexibility for busy leaders, Network Leadership will coordinate the date with the group in order to
select a start date that works for everyone.
A small down payment Is requested to save your place in the cohort.
