With a background as a strategy consultant at Bain & Co. and McKinsey, and as founder of Ensemble Enabler, he has worked with global organizations to transform fragmented structures into cohesive, high-performing networks. Jeffrey blends strategy, leadership, and cultural transformation, offering practical insights rooted in network science and systems thinking. His sessions challenge conventional approaches and inspire action, equipping leaders with the tools to turn complexity into opportunity.

He is the author of the book Network Leadership - a peer reviewed publication published by Cambridge University Press.
